This Privacy Policy describes how Nicholas Villarreal ("we") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the SMS notifications service operated at https://nvillarreal.com (the "Service"). The Service sends alerts, reminders, and task-management notifications to a small number of opted-in, authorized recipients.

This Service sends transactional SMS notifications to phone numbers that have opted in.

Opt-in: Recipients are enrolled with their express consent; we do not offer public self-enrollment. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Message types: Account notifications, reminders, and scheduling/customer-care messages.

Frequency: Varies with your activity, up to ~10/day

Cost: Message and data rates may apply.

Carrier disclaimer: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
